Problem Statement

Time and Activity tracking, Targets and Expense and Location tracking for scattered On-field team is always a major challenge. The problem compounds when the team leads themselves are also on the go.

Approach to deliver the solution

The driving factor to address the problem statement lies in “Mobile First” development approach which was considered to develop this state-of-the-art solution. Additionally, field teams and leads were onboard to leverage real life experience in order to build the idea. Through Agile Development methodology, the Solution was introduced for UAT, tested, upgraded in iterations and continuously improved.


In order the develop a true Mobile First solution, all the features for mobile viz., Sync with contacts, Camera, GPS, calendar, speech to text, one click calling, push messaging are packaged into the Solution.
MFM is a Subscription based solution with no upfront investment. Data is owned by the Customer.
Attendance tracking with punch in punch out with GPS.
Multi team set up, Skill/Product based ticket allocation available for Sales and Service teams, Meetings, Follow ups and Expense tracking.
Teams Current location and one click calling, Customization team parameters like Attendance time, targets, Multiple useful reports and role-based access to data
